Improving Lyrical’s database, increasing volume and quality.

Challenge

Lyrical had a large database however it didn’t necessarily include the right data. They had 152,000 records but only 60,000 emails.

What we did

We did  a full audit, data dedupe and cleanse – followed by carefully targeted acquisition and augmentation of data which allowed marketing to maximise newsletter opt in rates and show registrations and show attendance

Outcome

A fully compliant and secure database with higher quality data. Better understanding of who is in the database; where, how and why they came to be in the database. 1 year later their database has now grown to 368,000 of which 114,000 include emails.
